OCHO CIENTOS SOTOL BLANCOOcho Cientos is carefully crafted in Chihuahua, Mexico from the native Sotol plant. After harvesting, the cores of the plants are taken to the distillery where they are roasted in a deep, stone lined pit oven, fermented and distilled in a traditional copper pot still. Ocho Cientos Blanco, 86 proof, spends time aging before it is bottled, allowing its flavors to come together. The outcome is a sophisticated, earthy and immensely enjoyable spirit.
