Les Hauts Bourgeois 1er Cru 2019Coming from vignes planted on extremely sandy soils which are somewhat unique in the Champagne region, Les Hauts Bourgeois is a lieu dit in the premier cru village of Sacy, close to where Brice's cellar is based. This is a truly outstanding example of a Blanc de Noirs, a very iodine driven nose leads to a broad and richly textured palate. Lots of freshness, but lots of complexity driven by the aging in bottle. Truly a gourmand experience of Champagne.
