THE DALMORE SINGL MALT 12 YEARSThe whisky is first aged in ex bourbon barrels made from American white oak, resulting in a foundation of subtle vanilla and sweet honey flavors. A portion of the whisky is later moved to exceptionally high quality Sherry casks, some of which have previously stored rare and aged Oloroso Sherry. These specifically chosen casks contribute to the whisky's luxurious and complex taste.
