Bluenotes Costa RicaThis coffee has a very mild, bright flavour with a refined sweetness in the cup. The base coffee flavours are built around raw sugars, and a touch of toasted Grain. Hints of green tea like notes, adds to the mouth cleansing affect. The roast brings about a slightly juicier side, like lemon water, followed by a baker's cocoa powder, candied citrus rind, and toasted nuts in the finish.
