Eocene Green River Wasp IF-PCM-16-046Colemanus keeleyorum Fisher et al 2015 Green River Formation Parachute Creek Member Middle Eocene Uinta County, Utah This is a remarkable specimen of the recently described Braconid wasp. This example has superb preservation, and the entire body is present. The wings have excellent venation and are comparable to the type specimen. The antenna and stinger are exceptional. Also seen on the slab are two Dicranomyia primitiva and an exceptional Tipula sp.
